Disability Benefits
 
The government provides employees with disability benefits.
 
Paid Time Off
 
Vacation Time
Intel Lithuania employees are entitled to 28 days vacation leave (including Saturdays and Sundays) to allow them time to pursue recreational interests and enhance family and personal life.
Extended Leave
Employees have the option of saving five days of vacation per year for a period of five years, or until they have been part of the program for five years. Employees then have two years in which to use this time for extended leave.
 
 
Employee Cash Bonus Plan
This profit-sharing plan pays cash rewards twice a year. Through our Customer Excellence Program (CEP), employees may also receive an additional two days of pay each year on top of the ECBP payout. CEP measures customers' delight, their commitment to Intel, and the likelihood that they will do future business with us.
