Medical Benefits
 
In addition to National Insurance, Intel Korea provides employees comprehensive outpatient, hospitalization and surgical benefits both at home and while traveling.
 
Life and Accident Insurance
 
At no cost to them, Intel Korea employees are provided with life insurance coverage to provide for their family's economic well-being at the time of their natural or accidental death. Supplemental coverage is provided for accidental death that may occur while on business travel. Permanent disability coverage is also provided.
 
Paid Time Off
 
Vacation Time
Intel Korea employees are entitled to paid vacation leave of 15 days during their first year of service to allow them time to pursue recreational interests and enhance family/personal life. After the first year of service, employees receive one additional day per year of vacation, up to a maximum of 20 days per year.
Holidays
Intel Korea observes 13 public holidays in a year.
Sick Leave
Regular full time employees are granted one day of sick leave for each completed month of service up to a maximum of 12 days per year.
Maternity Leave
All female regular full time employees are entitled to a 90 calendar days of maternity leave, provided that at least 45 calendar days of the leave is used after childbirth.

Meal Subsidy
Intel Korea supports the nutritional needs of employees by providing a monthly meal subsidy.
 
 
Stock Purchase Plan
The Stock Purchase Plan allows employees to purchase Intel stock at a discount through payroll deductions, from two to 10 percent of eligible pay. Stock is purchased at 85 percent of Intel's stock price at the lower of the beginning or ending of a subscription period. Employees use the plan for short-term savings goals or long-term investment needs.
