The Top Group program is a joint program of Intel and the technical colleges in Israel. The goal of the program is to encourage educational excellence and to enrich students with practical tools that can help them become better employment candidates.

This program is designed for outstanding students in their last year of study in practical engineering in the following departments: electronics, electricity, mechanics, air conditioning, chemistry, and instrument and control.

Participants in the program have the advantage of first hand experience at Intel, and also the opportunity to begin the hiring process before graduation.

Some participants in this program receive scholarships at the end of the program.
