Intel Israel's five locations, some with multiple facilities, include design and development centers, fabs, and sales and marketing support offices. Israel itself is home to 6.7 million residents. It comprises a mosaic of people with varied ethnic backgrounds, lifestyles, religions, cultures and traditions, all thousands of years in the making. In collaboration with local leadership, Intel Israel contributes to education, employment and the development of suppliers and infrastructure.
Intel Israel's employees take active roles in community activities, though Intel also contributes other resources and equipment to science education, advanced mathematical skills, entrepreneurship and the development of products, production and marketing throughout the country. Intel strongly supports science and technology education through Intel® Innovation in Education and the Intel Visitors Center, where students and community members can peek into the high-tech world of Intel.
