Intel Indonesia employees receive comprehensive medical, dental, and optical care benefits both at home and while traveling. Coverage for eligible dependents is also available.
Social Security Program
Intel Indonesia's pension program includes contributions from employees of 2 percent, and from Intel of 4.24 percent, of an employee's monthly wage.

| Life and Accident Insurance |

All Intel Indonesia employees are provided with life insurance coverage to provide for their family's economic well-being at the time of their natural or accidental death. Supplemental coverage is provided for accidental death that may occur while on business travel. Total disablement benefits are also provided.
Vacation Time
Intel Indonesia employees are entitled to 14 days paid vacation leave to allow them time to pursue recreational interests and enhance family/personal life.
Holidays
Singapore observes 12 public holidays during each calendar year.
Paid Leave Time
Intel Indonesia provides a variety of paid employee leave to promote work/life balance. Examples include: sick and hospitalization leave; compassionate leave in the event of a family death; examination leave for sponsored courses; and marriage, maternity and paternity leaves.
Extended Leave Program
Employees may choose to save up to 6 days of vacation per year, to a maximum of 40 days. After saving vacation for eight consecutive years, employees may, with their manager's approval, use these saved days for an extended leave.
