Intel's benefits plans are designed to keep employees—our most important asset—healthy and productive. Our benefits are generous and personalized, in many cases letting employees choose the options that are right for themselves and their family.
All Intel Hungary employees receive medical and dental coverage from ABC Medicover on the "Single Blue Card," which reimburses 70 percent of eligible expenses.
All employees at Intel Hungary are covered by life, disability and accident insurance at no cost to them. Coverage includes two times the amount of an employee's annual salary (base salary plus bonus target and/or commission) in case of death, accidental death and permanent disablement. Permanent, partial disability coverage is proportionate to the degree of disability.
Business Traveler Accident Insurance In addition to basic life insurance and basic accidental death insurance, Intel Hungary provides business traveler accident coverage for all employees. Business traveler accident coverage equals five times an employees' annual salary up to $1 million (U.S.).
Business Traveler Medical Plan Intel Hungary provides medical coverage to full-time and part-time to employees at no cost for occasions when they are traveling on business outside of Hungary (up to a maximum of 90 days). Coverage includes medically necessary accident and sickness expenses occurring during business travel.
Holidays
Intel Argentina observes seven government holidays per year.
Vacation Time
Intel Hungary employees are entitled to 24 days vacation leave each year.
Extended Leave Program
Employee have the option to bank three to seven days of vacation per year for a period of five years or until they have been part of the program for five years. The employee then has a two year timeframe within which they can they use their extended leave.
Meal Subsidy
Intel Hungary supports employees' nutritional needs by providing lunch vouchers.
Recreation
Intel Hungary supports extracurricular employee recreation activities by providing each employee with $300 (U.S.) per year.
