Medical Benefits
 
Intel Czech Republic offers Sante Healthcare via the "Manager Card." This voluntary plan covers regular medical examinations, as well as home visits from physicians/nurses and medical care by specialists such as ophthalmologists, dermatologists, surgeons, etc. Intel contributes towards the medical coverage of employees.
 
Life and Accident Insurance
 
All employees at Intel Czech Republic are covered by a group life insurance and disability plan. Coverage includes two times the amount of an employee's annual salary in case of death. Accidental disability coverage is a percentage of two times the amount of an employee's annual salary, depending on the degree of disability.
Business Traveler Accident Insurance
In addition to basic life insurance and basic accidental death insurance, Intel Czech Republic provides business traveler accident coverage for all employees. Business traveler accident coverage equals five times an employees' annual salary rounded to the next higher $1,000. It is subject to a $1,000,000 (U.S.) maximum.

Vacation Time
Intel Czech Republic's employees are entitled to 24 days vacation leave per full year of employment.
Extended Leave Program
Employee have the option to bank three to seven days of vacation per year for a period of five years or until they have been part of the program for five years. The employee then has a two year timeframe within which they can they use their extended leave.
 
Other Benefits
 
Meal Subsidy
Intel in the Czech Republic offers each employee a weekly allowance toward lunch.
Recreation
Intel employees in the Czech Republic can be reimbursed for up to $150 (U.S.) every six months for a sports facility membership.
 
 
Stock Purchase Plan
The Stock Purchase Plan allows employees to purchase Intel stock at a discount through payroll deductions, from two to five percent of eligible pay. Stock is purchased at 85 percent of Intel's stock price at the lower of the beginning or ending of a subscription period. Employees use the plan for short-term savings goals or long-term investment needs.
