Overview

As part of our Legal and Corporate Affairs team, you can put your expertise to work crafting solutions to help Intel address legal and public policy challenges and find innovative solutions to global concerns. You'll be called on to contribute your unique perspectives on a wide range of legal, government, education, environmental and community-related issues —all with the objective of maximizing return to Intel shareholders, employees and customers while minimizing liability.

What You'll Do

Join a team where your input is valued and your skills are put to use. As an Intel Legal and Corporate Affairs team member, you have the opportunity to provide counsel to business unit managers in legal issues involved in business operations, draft and negotiate patent, copyright, trade secret and hybrid licenses and other agreements, support Intel corporate activities such as joint ventures, investments, and strategic partnerships, and protect our intellectual property. This team is also responsible for planning and managing programs for our investment in education, managing our brands and trademarks, developing litigation strategy, and serving as Intel's link to governments worldwide.

What You'll Bring

We look for candidates with general legal, public policy, and corporate affairs management and leadership skills. Successful individuals will have solid understanding of patent, intellectual property, license and trademark law with strong experience in at least one of those areas or in supporting legal activities such as infringement or business analysis. We look for self-starters who pride themselves on taking responsibility for results while working well in a team environment. And we require that our intellectual property attorneys have a technical degree in addition to a law degree.
