What You'll Do

Looking after 80,000 employees in 28 countries worldwide is no easy task. You'll play an important part in finding and keeping the right people and making Intel a great place to work.

As part of our HR team, you'll lead key, corporate-wide strategic initiatives, set the standards for legal, ethical, and competitive practices, communication to Intel employees worldwide, and partner with management to implement human resource plans that support our business objectives. You could also be responsible for designing, implementing and administering corporate programs such as pay, stock, benefits, relocation, training and development, immigration and retirement, developing effective staff sourcing strategies, and implementing cutting-edge HR technology and systems.

What You'll Bring

We look for individuals with varying educational backgrounds and levels of experience who demonstrate a genuine interest in the people side of our business. If you have great customer service skills and the ability to adapt to change, Intel could be a good fit for you. You’ll also need to possess strong leadership, judgment, and analytical skills.
