Medical and Dental Benefits
 
Intel Brazil offers comprehensive medical and dental coverage that provides employees cost-effective and flexible care. Intel and employees share the cost of employee and dependent health care coverage.
 
Retirement
 
Through Intel Brazil's pension plan, employees can contribute from one to four percent of pay and choose either a medium- or long-term investment plan.
 
Life, Accident and Disability Insurance
 
To provide for their family's economic well-being, eligible Intel Brazil employees are provided with life, accidental death and dismemberment, and permanent disability insurance benefits at no cost. Intel also provides Business Travel Accident coverage at no cost; funeral assistance is also available.
 
Paid Time Off
 
Holidays
Intel Brazil employees are entitled to approximately 12 government holidays per year to pursue recreational interests and enhance family/personal life.
Vacation Time
Intel Brazil employees receive between 20 and 30 days of vacation time every year as granted by law.
Paid Employee Leave
Intel Brazil provides a variety of paid employee leave programs such as sick and hospitalization leave; bereavement leave, in the event of a family death; maternity, paternity, parental, and family leaves; and marriage and personal leaves.
