Medical and Dental Benefits
 
Intel Argentina offers comprehensive medical and dental plans that assure employees cost-effective and flexible care. Intel pays the total cost of employee and dependent coverage.
 
Life and Accident Insurance
 
To provide for their family's economic well-being, eligible Intel Argentina employees receive life insurance benefits at no cost. Intel also provides Business Travel Accident coverage at no cost.
 
Paid Time Off
 
Holidays
Intel Argentina observes seven government holidays per year.
Vacation Time
In addition to vacation time provided by law, Intel gives Argentina employees five extra days of vacation from the first day of employment.
Paid Employee Leave
Intel Argentina provides a variety of paid employee leave programs such as sick and hospitalization leave; bereavement leave, in the event of a family death; maternity, paternity, parental, and family leaves; and marriage and personal leaves.

Job Tools
Necessary job tools, such as a car, parking, and/or cell phone, are provided to eligible Intel Argentina sales employees for their use.
 
 
Stock Purchase Plan
The Stock Purchase Plan allows employees to purchase Intel stock at a discount through payroll deductions, from two to five percent of eligible pay. Stock is purchased at 85 percent of Intel's stock price at the lower of the beginning or ending of a subscription period. Employees use the plan for short-term savings goals or long-term investment needs.
