A Practical Guide to Building I/O Devices
by John Hyde
Visual C++ examples are saved in Microsoft Visual C++ Project Format
All examples require Include/Library files from Microsoft's Win2000 DDK
The application examples just need a few files and these should be downloaded and saved in a "FromDDK" directory
The device driver examples need extensive files and you should download and install the Win2000 DDK**
The UBDE Effects Filter also requires the DirectX Media SDK (this is included with the Win2000 DDK)
