USB Design by Example      USB Design by Example, 2nd Edition
A Practical Guide to Building I/O Devices
by John Hyde
Visual C++* examples are saved in Microsoft Visual C++ Project* Format
All examples require Include/Library files from Microsoft's Win2000 DDK*
The application examples just need a few files and these should be downloaded and saved in a "FromDDK" directory
The device driver examples need extensive files and you should download and install the Win2000 DDK
The UBDE Effects Filter also requires the DirectX Media SDK (this is included with the Win2000 DDK)
