Report profile: This year's report is based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2002 Sustainability Reporting
Guidelines. The guidelines have served as an outline for our reporting since they were drafted in 1999. We will
continue to base our report on them in the future.
This report presents financial data in U.S. dollars. Our EHS data includes widely accepted parameters and units. We
discuss many of the robust management systems we have used to monitor and collect the information for this report in detail in each section.

customers, suppliers, shareholders, the communities in which we live and work, the scientific community, government and industry.
