Global impact
 
The Intel® Learn Program is currently active in nine countries. The first countries to adopt the program were China, India, Israel and Mexico. In 2005, the program expanded to include Brazil, Egypt, Turkey and Russia. In 2006, the program expanded to Chile.

Brazil
In Brazil, the Intel Learn program is implemented with Fundação Bradesco and LTNET Brasil, an independent evaluation organization.

Chile
In Chile, the Intel Learn Program is being implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Education through Enlaces and the “Liceo Para Todos” program, the Educational Computer Center (Centro Informatica Educativa, CIE), and Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, PUC).

China
In China, the Intel Learn Program is being implemented in collaboration with the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) and the Department of Educational Technology, Peking University.

Egypt
In Egypt, the Intel Learn Program is implemented in collaboration with Solutions Plus (Orascom Training and Technology), a leading technology training organization, and in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

India
In India, the Intel Learn Program is being implemented in collaboration with the Learning Links Foundation, Kerala State Information Technology Mission, Navodyaya Vidyalaya Schools under the Ministry of Human Resources and Development and with the Department of IT and Directorate of Public Instruction (Schools), Chandigarh administration.

Israel
In Israel, the Intel Learn Program is being implemented in collaboration with Tapuah, a leading provider of technology training in schools and community settings.

Mexico
In Mexico, the Intel Learn Program is implemented in collaboration with Servicios a la Juventud a.c., Instituto Latinoamericano de la Comunicación Educativa, and Universidad Pedagogica Nacional.

Russia
In Russia, the Intel Learn Program is implemented in collaboration with the Atonomous Organization IT Training Center of Novosibirsk and the Interregional Association for Monitoring and Statistics of Education.

Turkey
In Turkey, the Intel Learn Program is implemented in collaboration with Bilge Adam, one of the country's leading independent technology training organizations, the Ministry of National Education, and VERI TR, a university-based evaluation organization.
