Our Approach to K-12 Education
Helping educators develop students' 21st century skills is the focus of Intel® Education programs. As a corporate leader, Intel recognizes that future success depends on helping young people prepare to contribute fully to the knowledge-based economy.

We work with teachers to:
  • Integrate technology into student-centered curriculum and assessment
  • Attain challenging state and national standards and the requirements of NCLB
  • Motivate students to excel in Math and Science
  • Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and inquiry
We work with school leaders to:
  • Provide research-based professional development to teachers and principals
  • Improve infrastructure
  • Develop instructional leadership
We work with communities to:
  • Support their efforts to bridge the digital divide
  • Provide opportunities for learning technology skills while increasing community involvement
Intel measures the impact of these programs on the teacher's ability to effectively integrate technology into the classroom and the student's ability to use the appropriate technology tools to support learning activities.
