Bensley Enterprise Platform Product Development Kit

The Bensley Enterprise Platform Product Development Kit (PDK) enables industry vendors to develop time-to-market products that align with future Intel enterprise platform introductions. Designed by Intel the PDK consists of a dual-core Intel® Xeon® processor and Blackford chipset-based motherboard housed in a tower chassis. Intel's new Blackford chipset components support Fully Buffered DIMM Memory, multiple types of add-in card slots, front and rear I/O connectivity, and multiple hard drive interfaces. This platform provides flexibility in the development environment while maintaining compatibility with several versions of operating systems.

Ordering Information
The official deadline for ordering Bensley Platform PDKs is past. However, we have a limited number of Power-on (based on Nocona-T processor) and Alpha (based on Dempsey processor) Bensley Server Platform PDKs remaining in stock available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Additionally, we have a number of uncommitted Qual Bensley Server Platform PDK units currently expected to ship in early 2006. Qual Platform PDKs will be based on the production candidate Blackford Chipset and Dempsey processor steppings.

To check current inventory status and order any of the currently available or uncommitted Bensley Server Platform PDKs, please send an email to bensleypdk@hibbertgroup.com.

Note that when you order a PDK, you are purchasing a license, not a product. The enabling program requires that you complete the Intel Pre-Release & License Agreement (IPLA) and associated platform Exhibit. Purchase order acceptance does not guarantee that the PDK is available for shipment.
