Intel® IXP2400 Network Processor: Flexible, High-Performance Solution for Access and Edge Applications White Paper
This paper highlights the performance of the Intel® IXP2400
network processor for two key applications. It shows that the IXP2400
can perform (1) routing with QoS and (2) ATM Segmentation and
Reassembly (SARing) with traffic management at OC-48 performance
level while leaving headroom for meaningful customer applications
to be executed.
