Intel NetStructure® ZT 5085 12U Redundant Host Packet Switched Platform TPS
The ZT 5085 12U Redundant Host Packet Switched Platform is one of
several telecom building blocks from Intel, providing OEM equipment
designers with carrier-grade, standards-based, high availability solutions
built on the PICMG* 2.16 specification. This high-capacity CompactPCI*
platform features 18 node slots and a redundant infrastructure (host
processors, fabric, management, power, and cooling) making it ideal
for carrier-grade telecom and Internet applications. Beyond its high
availability features, the ZT 5085 is highly modular, scalable, and
serviceable. It is compatible with the Intel NetStructure® family of
packet switched midplane products, and is designed to interoperate
with third-party boards meeting the PICMG 2.16 specifications.
