This document is the Specification Update to the Intel® Pentium® M Processor on 90 nm Process with 2-MB L2 Cache Datasheet, Intel® Pentium® M Processor on 90 nm Process with 2-MB L2 Cache and 533-MHz Front Side Bus Datasheet and Intel® Processor A100 and A110 on 90 nm Process with 512-KB L2 Cache. It is intended for hardware system manufacturers and software developers of applications, operating systems, or tools.
