SCKE Circuit Description for the Intel® 80303 I/O Processor and the Intel® 80312 I/O Companion Chip
This paper describes a power-fail circuit that uses the PWRDELAY signal
implemented on the 80303 I/O processor. Applications that support battery
back-up circuit for the SDRAM must also be able to control the CKE pins of the SDRAM.
