Intel(R) 413808 and 413812 SAS/SATA I/O Controllers Thermal Considerations Application Note
This document describes the Intel(R) 413808 and 413812 SAS/SATA I/O
controllers with Intel XScale(R) technology1 (413808 and 413812). The
413808 and 413812 have High and Low End thermal characteristics and
suggested thermal solutions. All these parts are referred to as 413808
and 413812 hereafter as the same thermal solution applies to all these
parts.
