Hot-Debug for Intel XScale(R) Core Debug
In general, customers expect to be able to debug through a debug
connector to an Intel XScale® core (ARM* architecture compliant)
solution and invoke an Intel XScale core debugger at any time. This
includes during boot-up and any time the system is running.
