Platform Configuration Utility

The Intel® Chipset Platform Configuration Utility is developed specifically for technical experts and system integrators that build systems based on the Intel® 875P, 865PE, 865G, 865P, 915X, 925X, and E7221 chipsets, and for those interested in optimizing their system configuration. The utility includes the following features:

System Information: Displays various system information, such as processor, memory, and chipset information
Memory Configuration: Provides detailed information on the memory configuration, such as dual-channel vs. single-channel, memory timings, and the specifics of each DIMM.
Chipset Information: Identifies various chipset status information, such as the AGP mode, RAID enabled or disabled, Intel® Performance Acceleration Technology enabled or disabled (only applies to the Intel® 875P chipset).
Optimization: Analyzes the system and provide the integrator with memory optimization and upgrade recommendations.

Technical Details
Intel® Chipset Platform Configuration Utility is designed for use with Intel® 875P, 865PE, 865G, 865P, 915X, 925X, and E7221 chipset-based desktop boards. Refer to the Intel® Motherboard & Barebones Selector Guide for more information.
The Intel® Chipset Platform Configuration Utility graphical user interface is only supported with Microsoft Windows* XP.
