Microsoft Windows* CE Board Support Packages
 
Microsoft Windows* CE 5.0 Board Support Packages v9.6.3 are now available for developers who use the Intel® 854. Customers are encouraged to contact their local Intel field support team for more details on Windows CE Board Support Package.

Combined with the Microsoft Windows CE operating system, BIOS and application software, these Intel architecture platforms enable the design and validation of IP-Digital Set Top Boxes (IP-DSTB), Digital Media Recorders (DMR) and software applications.
 
 
Microsoft Windows* XP Embedded Platform Support Drivers
 
The Intel Platform Support Drivers (PSD) V1.5.1 Gold provide an enhanced environment for developers creating software solutions for Digital Set Top Box designs based on the Intel® 854 chipset. This new release features the Shadow mode support for FS454+SiI9030 under WinXPe.

Intel® 854 Digital Set Top Box Platform Support Drivers for Microsoft Windows* XP Embedded include the Intel® 854 Set Top Box Display Driver and other platform enhanced drivers for the Intel® 854 chipset. The Intel® 854 Set Top Box Display Driver is tailored for embedded devices and provides access to the graphics engine of the Intel® 854 chipset.

The Platform Support Drivers enable Microsoft Windows Embedded Studio to easily import Intel's optimized components and drivers into the component database, and will help to accelerate the platform middleware and application developing process.

Platform Development Kits for the Linux* Operating System - New Releases Available
 
Intel's Platform Development Kits enable developers to generate a binary Platform Support Package (PSP) for installation on target consumer electronics hardware.

The PDKs support commonly used tools for Linux development, including optimized components and drivers needed to integrate middleware and rich media applications. Each PDK includes binary and source code and documentation. Follow the links below for software downloads and documentation:
