The Concerto Clinical Portal delivers a unified view of your healthcare organisation's information systems - so patient history, lab results, and medical images are securely online in one place.

Concerto brings your organisation's information system together on the mobile clinical assistant platform - extending the usability of your existing applications without replacing them.

Concerto provides a single accurate information source through a single user log-in.

Wherever access to the hospital's system is required- via a mobile clinical assistant device on the ward, at a community clinic or at home - Concerto provides secure access to the information clinicians need to make the right decision for patients. Concerto presents patient records in a unified format regardless of the source of the data.

A single comprehensive view of patient information without having to manage multiple systems and passwords means clinicians spend less time searching for patient data and more time where they are needed.

Concerto automatically supports patient context management, meaning that users only need to search for a patient once, and can then use multiple applications within the portal without the need to identify the patient several times. For context management, Concerto supports the HL7-developed CCOW standard.

Concerto's security and privacy tools allow for close monitoring and control of access to patient records. Depending on privacy policies and patient preferences, entire patient records , individual documents or document types can be "locked" to unauthorised users. All user actions within Concerto are logged for security/audit purposes.
