Accepted abstracts of presentations and posters will be posted here. Please note that if accepted abstract authors will be expected to display/present at the conference

Academic Abstract Timetable
  • Abstracts must be aligned to the 5 research themes/3 workshop themes featured in the conference
  • Authors must state which theme their abstract aligns to in the cover email
  • Receipt of Abstract deadline to intel.research.conference@intel.com is Friday 17th July for inclusion in the conference program
  • Please use attached abstract template for submissions
  • Abstracts should be one page in length, should cover original work undertaken by the author and should include a list of recently published papers
  • A limited number of abstract authors may be subsequently invited to present at the conference and will be invited to do so by Friday 14th August
  • All academics are invited to present poster presentations at the conference based on material contained in the abstract, AO Display boards will be provided for this purpose
  • Abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and conference website
  • Intel will undertake to co fund future research via national support schemes (e.g. IRCSET, EPSRC, DFG, CNRS, etc) to selected best papers/posters at the conference
Student Abstracts Timetable
  • All Intel mentored research students are invited to forward a 1 page abstract on research work undertaken by them to date. This abstract will fulfil the requirements for grant renewal for Intel funded and co funded research students.
  • Receipt of abstract deadline is Friday 17th July and should be sent to intel.research.conference@intel.com
  • Please use attached abstract template for submissions
  • Abstracts should be one page in length, have an introduction, progress made and results to date and should include a list of any published papers
  • A limited number of abstract authors may be subsequently invited to present at the conference and will be invited to do so by Friday 14th August
  • All students are invited to present poster presentations at the conference based on material contained in the abstract
  • Prizes will be awarded to selected best papers/posters at the conference
  • Criteria to be used for these awards include good structure to presentation/poster, appropriate technical content and for presentation use of slides, delivery skills and time management.
