Designed for High Performance Computing (HPC) and backed by the brightest technology and go-to-market partners, Intel® TrueScale InfiniBand solutions actively support the following industry alliance partners and testing organizations:
InfiniBand Trade Association
The InfiniBand Trade Association (IBTA*) was founded in 1999 and is chartered with maintaining and furthering the InfiniBand specification.
Led by an array of HPC and networking vendors, including HP, IBM, Intel Corporation, and Mellanox, the IBTA unites the industry through IBTA-sponsored technical events and active interoperability testing of commercial products, and promotes the adoption of InfiniBand solutions.
For more information about the IBTA, go to www.infinibandta.org.
The University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory (UHN-IOL*) tests networking and data communications products. Since 1988, the laboratory has fostered multi-vendor interoperability while preparing students for careers in the industry. The laboratory has grown steadily into one of the industry's premier independent proving grounds for emerging technologies.

The OpenFabrics Alliance (OFA*) develops, tests, licenses, supports, and distributes OpenFabrics Enterprise Distribution (OFED™) open source software that forms the foundation for high-performance HPC clusters that require extremely low latency and massive message rates.
The OpenFabrics Alliance provides source code and resources for vendors and developers to create, refine, and publish standard open source software stacks for RDMA capable data center fabrics. Stock OFED-only solutions are widely used with High Performance Computing applications, and form the core for the enhanced Intel® OFED+ software offering.
