Lenovo SCA Enabling Stronger Authentication to Cloud Services

This video showcases a real-world example of Intel’s vision for the client-aware cloud: Lenovo Secure Cloud Access*. The video features Dominic Fulginiti, solution architect at Intel; Goran Wibran of Lenovo Cloud Services; and Anil Rao, cloud strategist at Stoneware. The demonstration includes a Lenovo ThinkPad*, a cloud-ready client powered by 2nd generation Intel® Core™ vPro™ processors,1 and Lenovo Secure Cloud Access, powered by Stoneware’s web network—a unique solution that can “tell” the cloud about the client’s hardware capabilities. The solution also connects into Intel® Identity Protection Technology (Intel® IPT) and improves authentication by taking advantage of an integrated Lenovo fingerprint reader, single sign-on, and multifactor authentication. Lenovo Secure Cloud Access is designed to help organizations strengthen security and improve access for end users—without the need to change any back-end applications.
