Friends of The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA)

Intel and Levi's are partnering with pioneers we admire and causes we believe in. Together, we will inspire and support creative learning around the world. "Friends of..." brings together leaders in music, filmmaking, digital media, and art to help support institutions and programs that are dedicated to advancing education in art and technology.

Artists Xu Bing and Mariko Mori will join filmmaker Gael García Bernal, and others in designing limited edition T-shirts that will raise awareness and funds for education programs at The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA). Brazilian artist Vik Muniz and a group of his friends designed T-shirts in support of the Rio de Janeiro arts and technology school, Spectaculu. Both Spectaculu and MOCA emphasize skill-sharing and the arts to inspire young people.

Intel is donating Ultrabooks™ to these programs and the limited edition T-shirts will be distributed at Levi's stores. Digital resources will be shared online at The Ultrabook™ Experience.

As Vik Muniz puts it, "The best space for creativity is when you have necessity meet possibility." With Intel and Levi's "Friends of...", education will be celebrated and fostered, helping young people find their voices and change the world.
