  • As with all other trademarks, the Intel® Core™2 Extreme trademark should be used as an adjective and not as a noun. See the above list of approved nouns for the Intel® Core™2 Extreme trademark.
  • The appropriate use of trademark symbols with this trademark is as follows: Intel® Core™2 Extreme processor. No trademark symbol (such as, ®, ™ or SM) should be used with Extreme.
  • Use the trademark symbol in the first appearance of the trademark in a headline, and/or the first prominent use, and first appearance in the body of text.

  • Always capitalize the word Extreme.
  • Never hyphenate or abbreviate Intel® Core™2 Extreme trademark.
  • Never incorporate Intel® Core™2 Extreme trademark or any part of the trademark into third party’s company name, product brand name, or model number.

  • For products with an assigned processor number, the processor number must follow the processor brand name (e.g., Intel® Core™2 Extreme processor αXx00).
