Options for Identifying Your Intel® China Boxed Processor

We recommend that you use WeChat* to identify your processor:

  1. Follow the official Intel customer support account by searching for IntelCustomerSupport, or by scanning the 2D Matrix shown.
  2. Send messages using 11# Processor Serial Number (Example: 11#LLW1GC*JEY9S) or click Scan it in the self-service menu.
Note WeChat China Boxed Processor identification is applicable for China customers only. To claim warranty for China Boxed Processor, contact Intel Customer Support in China.
