The Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool checks for brand identification, verifies the processor operating frequency, tests specific processor features, and performs a stress test on the processor.
You can configure the tool to execute in Presence test mode or Verification mode. You can also configure it to enable or disable individual default configurations.
