The following information lists which Intel® Wi-Fi software and drivers work with Windows® 10:

Wi-Fi DriverIf you only have Intel wireless drivers installed, Windows 10 installs without errors. Windows 10 installs an inbox driver if your driver is not the current version.
Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth® technologyUninstall the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software (Bluetooth®) before you install Windows 10. If you don’t uninstall the software, the OS upgrade process will not complete.
Intel® PROSet/Wireless WiMAX Connection UtilityUninstall the Intel® PROSet/Wireless WiMAX Software before you install Windows 10. The WiMAX software does not work with Windows 10.
Intel® Wireless Display (Intel® WiDi)Review the Intel® WiDi transition after upgrading to Microsoft Windows 8.1.

After upgrading to Windows 10

Intel Bluetooth® AdaptersAfter upgrading to Windows 10, your Intel Bluetooth® Adapter works with the Microsoft supplied driver. However, the new Intel Bluetooth adapter features and profiles require you to install Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth® technology.
Intel® WiMAX AdaptersAfter upgrading to Windows 10, your Intel® WiMAX adapter will not support the WiMAX technology. Your Intel® WiMAX Adapter works with Wi-Fi only.
Intel® WiGig AdaptersUninstall the Intel® Wireless Dock Manager before you install Windows 10. If you don’t uninstall the software, the OS upgrade process will not complete. After upgrading to Windows 10, your Intel® WiGig adapter will not work until you update your software. You need to install Intel® Wireless Dock Manager version 2.0 or later.
