In September 2005, Intel announced that it will no longer manufacture the Intel® PRO/1000 MT Desktop Adapter. The available support options include:

Note Intel Customer Service Agents no longer respond to telephone, chat, community support forum, or e-mail inquiries for self-service products.
 

The adapter has a limited lifetime warranty, and you will still be able request an RMA for defective parts. See questions and answers below.
