Will Intel provide support for Windows* XP?
Windows XP is not a supported OS. Intel made the decision to discontinue the Intel NetportExpress 10 and 10/100 print servers before this OS was available to the market in non-beta format.

The Intel NetportExpress 10 and 10/100 print servers have a limited warranty that Intel will continue to honor. Products replaced under the warranty will be replaced with a Intel NetportExpress 10 and 10/100 print server or similar product.

Intel will not be creating a new generation of print servers to replace the Intel NetportExpress 10 and 10/100 print server line. However, there are other vendors that sell similar print servers. Ask your local distributor or VAR for a recommendation.
