      1. Press Ctrl Alt F12 keys.
    • Desktop Menu Method:

      2. Click Graphics Properties.
    • Display Control Panel Method:
      1. Click on Start.
      2. Click Control Panel.
      3. Click Appearance and Themes and then Display (or click Classic View and then double-click on Display).
      4. Click Settings tab.
      5. Click Advanced button.
      6. Click Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver tab.
      7. Click Graphics Properties button.
  2. Click Video Overlay button to view its settings.

How to fix

This is a known issue with the PV14.25.50 Intel Graphics Media Accelerator driver (version 6.14.10.4764). We recommend using the previously released driver, PV14.24 (6.14.10.4704) to resolve the issue.

Download the PV14.24 driver from the Download Center.

Note If you receive an installation error message that states: "driver being installed is not validated for this computer..." or a similar error, see the Error solution document.
