Graphics driver version PV 188.8.131.52X (184.108.40.2060) has a known issue when running full screen DOS*. The issue is that if you try running a full screen DOS window, the entire display will become black.
What is the cause?
Full screen DOS is not supported in graphics driver version PV 220.127.116.11X.
How to fix the issue
If your display becomes black from running a full screen DOS window, choose one of the following workarounds based upon the configuration of your MID or netbook.
Devices with Alt Enter keys:
- Press the Alt Enter keys at the same time to return the display to a viewable state.
Devices without Alt Enter keys:
- Temporarily connect a USB keyboard to your device. After the keyboard has been connected, press both the Alt Enter keys on the keyboard at the same time to return the display to a viewable state.
