Product and Performance Information

1. Advanced Warranty Replacement (AWR) is available to qualified Intel® Channel members. To learn more, visit the Intel® Reseller Membership page at http://www.intel.com/cd/channel/reseller/asmo-na/eng/327116.htm.

2. Next Business Day support option will be available in all 50 states in the United States and select cities in Canada, including Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Quebec City, Calgary, Edmonton, and Ottawa. Corresponding postal codes: M4 & M5, H2 & H3, V5 & V6, G2, T1, T2, T3, T5 & T6, K0, K1, K2, K3, K4. Next Business Day 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. response is on-site response occurring Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. customer local time, excluding national holidays. If the reseller or end customer calls Intel before 5:00 p.m. end-customer local time, Intel will diagnose the specific hardware failure and respond on-site at the end-customer the next business day. If the diagnosis is made after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, the on-site appointment may be scheduled for two business days rather than one. “Response time” is calculated after the service provider determines the specific hardware component that needs replacement and dispatches a repair technician to the end-customer site.

3. Most EPSD products released in 2009 or later are covered, including Intel® Modular Server. EPSD parts only will be included—Intel® Server Boards, Intel® Server Systems, Intel® Server Chassis, Intel® RAID Controllers, and FRUs and accessories. This is the same as the standard three-year product warranty. Components included within the system are covered by the Extended Warranty, but single components sold stand-alone are not covered. Third-party add-in cards, ememory, hard drives, keyboards, video, mice, graphics cards, RAID backup batteries, optical drives, plastic/sheet metal parts, non-electrical parts, OEM-specific parts, and Intel® processors are not covered.
