The Intel® RAID Controller SRCSASBB8I, powered by LSI MegaRAID* technology, offers hardware RAID data protection and maximum design flexibility. With a true MD2 low profile form factor, the SRCSASBB8I allows system builders to attach SAS and SATA hard drives within servers of many form factors. Support for RAID 6 and 60 strengthens data protection capabilities by ensuring data integrity, even if two drives fail simultaneously.
Designed with a PCI Express* x8 host inter ace and 667 MHz DDR2 memory, the SRCSASBB8I is a powerful internal SAS/SATA RAID solution or mainstream use. Its features allow optimal performance for applications such as databases and collaboration tools.
