Shibani Kapoor is a Human Factors Engineer in the Interaction and Experience Research (IXR) Group, Intel Labs. She leads the User Experience Assessment (UXA) program that is responsible for evaluating user experiences of consumer technologies to guide a user focused vision for new Intel products. Shibani has a MS in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Prior to joining Intel Labs, Shibani worked with the Intel Information Technology group for 5 years. As a Human Factors Engineer in IT she partnered with cross-functional teams across Intel and Intel’s customers to define the user experience of Intel business processes and enterprise applications.
