Through the use of Intel® vPro™ technology, Atos has been able to achieve a 98% rate of technician dispatch avoidance at remote offices that did not have dedicated, on-site IT staff. Thus, 98% of incoming tickets that would have otherwise required a costly and time-consuming technician dispatch were instead handled remotely by a centralized expert team.
Ultimately, Atos anticipates being able to improve the accuracy of its service estimations, reduce the number of deskside visits that are traditionally required to manage and maintain systems, and minimize business interruptions for customers.
