Engineering Leadership Program

Find your next career and apply today.

In Intel's Engineering Leadership Program (ELP), you, along with a team of Intel engineers and executives, will design solutions to some of the toughest computing problems of today and tomorrow. This program is geared for talented engineers and scientists in software, hardware, manufacturing, and development.

ELP participants work collaboratively to solve high-profile engineering problems, selected by our CEO and Executive Office. We offer a unique opportunity to directly contribute to challenging and highly impactful projects. As a member of the ELP, you have exposure to our Executives and Fellows, offering an opportunity to rapidly advance in your career, while tackling some of Intel's most important technical problems. You will be a member of a diverse team of the strongest technical talent in the world, all while expanding your own skill set and professional network.

ELP is a 24 month program. During that time, you will work on a small team within the ELP cohort. At the end of the 24 month period, participants in ELP will leave the program and assume permanent roles within the sponsoring executive's organization. ELP alumni become part of the expansive ELP alumni network that offers guidance and support, post program.
