Meet Jeff

Campus Relations Manager

I have been a corporate recruiter for 20 years. Since 2008 I have recruited hundreds of engineers to Intel. I enjoy matching candidates to positions where they can achieve a career best. At Intel, we offer such a great variety of opportunities and benefits to our employees. I love the people within Intel, our sabbatical program*, and our ability to positively change the world through technology.

I look forward to meeting folks on campus to chat more about career opportunities!

* Although Intel's Sabbatical program is specific to the U.S. and Canada, we also have paid-time off options in other countries.

Background in Recruiting

Campus recruiting tips

Follow these tips to give yourself the best chance for success with our recruiters.

  • Make sure your resume is clearly and simply formatted
  • Tell us what kind of job you are looking for
  • Tell us when you're available for work
  • Practice interviewing; Intel asks behavioral and technical questions
  • Strong GPAs are great, but they aren't everything; students who also volunteer, take risks, and have leadership experience are our favorite candidates
