Fast Facts: The Site

Home to Intel's Argentina Software Development Center (ASDC) since 2006, Córdoba has opportunities for software talent interested in defining software industry standards through R&D efforts, assisting with new products, and building software solutions for domestic and global markets.

ASDC hires people around the world—both recent graduates and experienced professionals—who want to make an impact, increase their knowledge and expertise, and grow their careers.

ASDC’s Garden Center location includes an Intel standard lab/data center, which can host up to 600 servers, and features an 1,100 square foot workbench area for engineers to develop and test.

Our software focus is on developing infrastructure software for supporting Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) based applications including XML processing, Web services protocols and Web services security. Activities also include performance optimization for Intel architectures, developing middleware software for supporting digital health applications and creating software to address local market requirements.

Software development includes general purpose libraries, application management modules, user interfaces, application development tools and frameworks, and hardware-optimized components.

Caring for our planet and inspiring the next generation

Intel Argentina supports technology education through the Intel® Teach Program, an ever-expanding program in this country and around the world. Through this program, Intel employees train primary and high-school teachers to use technology effectively in the classroom. This, in turn, helps ensure Latin American students are prepared to compete in a technical world.
