Completing your employment forms is an important activity for starting your employment at Intel. Approximately three weeks before your start date, you will receive an email communication from the New Employee Orientation (NEO) Administrator that will provide instructions on how to complete your required employment forms online.
On your first day at Intel:
- If you will be reporting to an Intel site, we will provide the required I9 Form- Employment Eligibility Verification to you during your New Hire Employee Orientation for you to complete and sign.
- If you will be hired as a Virtual/Remote employee, an email communication from the NEO Administrator will be sent to you the week before you start which will provide instructions on how to complete your required I9 remotely, information on how to secure your badge, laptop and information on benefits.
- In each scenario above and to complete the required I9, you will also need to provide appropriate identification documentation. Please review the “List of Acceptable Employment Verification Documents” below and be ready to provide them on your first day at Intel.
