Intel® EP80579 Integrated Processor Fanless System: Thermal Guide
This document describes the thermal and mechanical design considerations and guidelines for the Intel® EP80579 Integrated Processor product line in fanless applications. Fanless applications are defined as systems that do not have a fan or forced airflow and dissipate heat via natural convection and conduction cooling. For details of the Intel® architecture (IA) products and system form factors, refer to the product datasheets and form factor specifications links.
