This block diagram provides a description of the functions, capabilities, and connectivity within the Intel® processor platform shown. This two-chip platform features processors with integrated dual-channel DDR3 memory controller and flexible x16 PCI Express* 2.0 controller resulting in board real estate. Developers can design single boards and scale their product lines with different processors using the same socket for scalability.
