Arch Rock PhyNet* Server: Datasheet
Arch Rock PhyNet* Server manages and aggregates interconnected collections of IP-based wireless sensor networks (WSNs) using a common web services architecture that offers access either via a web browser or standard programmatic interfaces. WSNs comprised of Arch Rock IP-series sensors can be located anywhere—throughout a building, inside machine rooms or hospital freezers, or in harsh outdoor environments, and they may be any distance away or any number of IP network “hops” from the PhyNet server.
The biggest challenges facing builders of wireless sensor networks are cost of integrating stranded data and lack of scale. The PhyNet web services architecture provides the highly scalable framework to easily integrate the embedded network within an enterprise application infrastructure.
