Ajay Bhatt is an engineer who says that getting the opportunity to shape the future of the PC “is dream come true”. Ajay is an industry-recognized expert in the area of I/O technologies. At Intel, Bhatt was the Lead Architect and Co-Inventor of broadly adopted technologies such as USB, Accelerated Graphics Port, PCI Express, Platform Power management architecture and various chipset enhancements.  As chief client architect within Intel’s PC client Group, he is primarily focused on the novel advances in client platform hardware and Software, and he works with key internal and external technology partners to develop future client platform architectures and technologies. He also collaborates with key business and planning groups to position Intel at the forefront of the future client platform innovation by setting company wide and industry impacting strategies.  Ajay earned his master’s degree from the City University of New York and hold 28 patents, with several in various stages of filing. Several times, Bhatt was nominated to take part in a Distinguished Lecture Series at leading universities in the United States and Asia. Ajay is recognized as one of "The Most Influential Global Indians!"
