Annual Enrollment runs Monday, October 10 to Friday, October 28 for active employees and their families. The timeframe varies for retirees - see the Intel Retiree tab for more information. This is your once-a-year opportunity to evaluate choices and access what works best to power your best life.

Intel provides you and your family access to health benefits that offer quality health care services and comprehensive coverage. The My Health Benefits website provides access to information, enrollment, and management tools for your health benefits
If you have questions regarding your health benefits (medical, dental, flexible spending accounts, or life insurance), call (877) GoMyBen (466-9236).
Accessing My Health Benefits
If you are accessing the My Health Benefits site for the first time on the Internet, you will be asked to create a user ID and password to log in. Your user ID is a personal identification that you set up. You will use it along with a password to access the My Health Benefits website. This is also the same password you will use when calling the Intel Health Benefits Center.

The Health for Life Centers are full-service primary care facilities designed to provide you and your family a unique, personalized health care experience. Each center is staffed with experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physical therapists, and other support medical staff. Health for Life Centers are located on Intel campuses in Arizona, New Mexico and Oregon; all of the Health for Life Centers can serve as your patient centered medical home if you and your family are enrolled in Connected Care.
1Arizona and Oregon’s Health for Life Centers are operated by Premise Health and available to all blue-badge employees and dependents ages 3 and up who are enrolled in the Intel Sponsored U.S. Group Health Plan.

Intel is committed to improving education around the world, and now Intel is bringing that commitment into your home. Intel provides a free, interactive, online tutoring service for you, your spouse, children, and grandchildren as part of the company's commitment to student learning.
Free, one-on-one, interactive tutoring sessions are available in the following subjects:
Tutor.com* is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The en Español hours are 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Pacific Time), 7 days/week. Employees enter their Intel e-mail to log in to the site. In addition to subject specific tutoring, Tutor.com* offers a learning suite that consists of 5 components: Student Center (K-12 tutoring); College Center (college level tutoring); Adult Education (back to school, citizenship, or GED test preparation); Career Center (job search, resume, and interview tips) and ProofPoint Center (help with reports, essays and term papers, K-adult.) Those using Tutor.com* will never be asked to provide, and should not share, personal or private information such as full name, home address, e-mail address, or social security number.

You are able to use self service tools to help manage your paycheck quickly, accurately answer paycheck related questions, and model a variety of paycheck circumstances.

You, or a third party such as a broker or lender, have the ability to obtain written employment verification or income information from employment. In order to process your request, you will need date of hire, current employment status, and job title. If you have questions regarding the employee verifications, call (800) 367-5690.

Access the Tuition Assistance Program online tool now to process your tuition assistance requests. If you have questions regarding tuition assistance or the online tool, call the Tuition Assistance Service Center at 1-866-549-0720 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are able to view, manage, and pay your bill online. If you have any questions regarding your Corporate Travel Card, call (800) 528-2122.
You are able to book a simple domestic or international reservation via eTrip (Intel's online booking tool) or obtain a copy of your itinerary for trip or reimbursement purposes.
